Lock was a top 10 QB recruit, wasn't he? Anybody who saw what happened should know he was thrown to the wolves and not really helped at all. Bring on the HypeMan. Ross and Black may not be top shelf (as in Fornette, Chubb), but they're certainly not bottom feeders. They could surprise a lot of people.

The late recruiting by Odom, post signing day, was fantastic. These players who came in late trusted him. That should speak to his ability to recruit going forward. Yes, of course, results this year are going to matter, I suspect a lot of scribes are going to be embarrassed by how well the Tigers perform as compared to their "expert" projections.
