They use the law to subvert the law.

Did whispering joe have the authority to invite and transport hundreds of thousands (?) of illegals from haiti in the middle of the night with no vetting, judicial oversight or even notification to the receiving jurisdiction?

The marixsts, having done that and other illegal and unamerican things now hide behind a fresh new interpretation of the law and contort it beyond recognition so the remedy for their lawlessness is impractical to the point of closing down the courts.

Effectively closing the courts would be necessary to permit every sleazebag lawyer and every wife beating, gang banging terrorist to exercise his rights including no doubt his right to appeal and appeal and appeal each ruling to the supreme court.

The left does not care about maryland man or any other illegal. THEY are attempting to destroy the system.
