If every ruling you don't like is "political," then you don't believe in law — you believe in power.

The Founders gave us courts specifically to prevent mob rule and political revenge from replacing the Constitution.

You don't defend America by burning down its institutions because you lost a few cases.

You defend America by standing for the law even when it's inconvenient. That's the real difference here.
