I get where you're coming from, but unfortunately that's not how our system works.

Federal judges are independent under Article III of the Constitution. The DOJ can appeal their rulings to higher courts — but it can't just "place an injunction" on a judge's ruling.

That's the separation of powers: executive agencies can’t directly cancel judicial decisions.

If a president could "injunction" judges he didn’t like, it would end judicial independence — and that would be far more dangerous than any one ruling.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
