Kind of — but with some important details.
A single district judge can issue an injunction that pauses an executive action if they find it's likely unlawful or unconstitutional.
But that injunction isn't permanent. The administration can immediately appeal to higher courts — the Court of Appeals and even the Supreme Court — which can reverse or modify it.
It's not "cancellation" — it's judicial review: a basic part of checks and balances that protects against illegal or unconstitutional government actions, regardless of who’s in the White House.
