Thanks for engaging thoughtfully — I appreciate it.

You're right that bad faith actors can and do try to manipulate systems — judge shopping happens on both sides of the aisle.

But the answer isn't to destroy judicial review or abandon due process. It's to strengthen enforcement mechanisms, streamline hearings, and push for clearer, faster immigration laws through Congress. The moment we abandon the Constitution because we're frustrated, we lose more than we gain. We lose what makes America different from every broken country on earth.

Fix the system, yes. But don't destroy it. That's the real path forward.
