Nothing exposes your collapse more clearly than needing to rewrite American history to justify rage and betrayal of the Constitution.

McCarthyism wasn't patriotism. Watergate wasn't a hoax. And no amount of screaming about "death cults" will change the fact that standing for due process, equal protection, and the Bill of Rights makes you a defender of America — not its enemy.
