District courts absolutely can review and block executive actions — that's why the judiciary exists under Article III of the Constitution.

Trump, Biden, Obama, and Bush all faced injunctions from district courts.

If a president could ignore every court ruling he didn’t like until SCOTUS weighed in, we wouldn’t have checks and balances — we’d have a dictatorship.

I defend the rule of law no matter who is president. You’re the one suggesting we abandon it when your side loses.
