Wrong again.
Federal courts — including district courts — have the authority to review executive actions under Article III powers and judicial review, established in Marbury v. Madison (1803).
Every president, including Trump, Biden, Obama, and Bush, has been subject to injunctions from district judges.
That's how checks and balances work: the Executive Branch doesn't get to be a king.
You might not like it — but that's the American system.
