And Norm is the one who built the school into an attractive enough program to entice Snyder to accept a job there.

I remember an interview with Kelvin Sampson saying he called Bill Self before taking the OU job and asked him what the best job in the conference was, and Self said KU. Sampson asked what the second-best one was, and he said Missouri, but it could be OU.

We would have been another Nebraska in basketball if it wasn't for Norm.
