What's your source and how was that calculated?

Every person I know had reduced tax burden (I know that's only anecdotal)...but it makes sense because the tax rates came down.

I'm curious to know that source because I saw a LOT of people *****ing that year because they didn't get as much of a refund, but when you looked at the bottom line tax due for the year they paid less in actuality from the previous year.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
