and even then, I doubt Romar would have been that upset, the Porter's were probably going to give him 1 more year and then he was still going to be fired.

Also, this doesn't necessarily mean it played out in a "bad" way. Maybe the Porter's and Romar sat down and talked it out and all agreed Romar's days were numbered and it'd be best for the Porter family to be back together in Columbia. And Romar got to take $3 million home... so that's not bad.
