has a clause stating that a coach has to ask the school's permission to speak with another school. Different schools place different penalties for not asking for permission. And the optics are probably the biggest reason why you won't hear it from Mizzou. They don't want to get caught up in being responsible for another coach's firing. It just doesn't look good and god knows Mizzou has had enough bad press over the last few years.
