Then another clarification. You know what really happened but the University of Washington doesn't?

I find it hard to believe that if there was something untoward in what happened with Porter Sr. and the University of Washington, that UW would verify both Porter Sr. and Martin's version of it.

In other words, the fact that Porter Sr. and Martin have both given their version of what happened to the public is not going to prevent any "potential lawsuits".
