Why don't you just ask what fiji thinks the goal should

be for this team (as it is currently comprised)?

Should their goal be 11 wins? 15? 20?


And then the trap that Fiji will stumble into is - either he sets a (realistic) # that is too high (some will say it's unreasonable & can't be attained), or he sets a low # & some will say that he's putting the team down.
