but what you are talking about is still a goal for this year (24 wins), which you now say isn't abtainalbe nor a realistic goal. What do you think Kim Anderson has set as a goal for winning this year? As a leader he must have a goal with an action plan geared to accomplish it, yet I am not sure I have heard what that figure is.
