Do you honestly believe that the founding fathers believed that Native American children, slave children, children of some chinaman born in New York harbor were us citizens?


Of course not. People are Americans because they are descended from Americans. Because their ancestors settled this land and built this country. You cant just make an American out of some pakistani with a piece of paper and a test on state capitals.
