I agree with you on a lot of things but clearly you have your toe in the Socialist pool on some of this stuff.

Welfare, Govt Agency's that over see programs from coast to coast are never ever going to work and do what they where put in place to do. To much Red tape, to many Cooks spoil the brew and that is what happens when the govt tries to make decisions and set policy for a Country as Vast as America.
