You are wrong.... I was a income maintenance worker and determined Welfare eligibility for years. And those Expedited Food Stamps and AFDC never did squat but allow the shiftless and lazy to spend more on Cigs/Booze and Drugs.

Those same low live people ran the gambit of Local Charites, Churches and Food banks triple dipping from there as well. And often they lied about their resources and who was actually living within the household.

The First thing that Should go is all Welfare programs for Women and Children. Let them work for their supper and survival.
