He left 6 players that scored 39 ppg......with some caveats.
All seven of the guys he inherited were regular players. Of the six that he left behind, three of them were scrubs and they are combined 6.5 points per game is not accurate because that only counts games they actually played in which were few and far between. In reality averaged out for the entire season that 6.5 PPG is probably closer to one maybe two PPG.
