high school coaching isn't a profession. it's an extracurricular activity for gym teachers who need a few extra bucks to pay alimony.

but that's not the point. the point is you and i are experts on this matter of recruiting and coaching and managing a P5 basketball program and these other goofballs aren't. because unlike them, we have experience.
