He also has never coached at a place more than 3 years prior to Mizzou, so we had no idea about is ability to build a program and stack recruiting classes. Clearly, he has failed in that regard. I would argue that his recruiting/talent evaluation is actually worse than his coaching abilities, which is not what anyone expected when he was hired.
