caused his death directly along with another felony while facing this autopsy report which will be hammered home. If that knee kneel is taught at the academy and it is widely used in that department (used in over 15% of all cases):

then it is hard to prove a true accessory felony then at the same time getting it with the murder charge. The issue is:
Did he commit a felony using a move that obviously is widely used.
Did he directly (not indirectly) cause his death. IE if the autopsy says he died of a heart attack or partially do to a drug cocktail, is that murder?
That is why it is a hell of a hurdle.
