goes. If current protocol is adhered to, does his death get labeled as COVID? If so, does that, at the very least, lessen the charges of the cops?

If current protocol is not adhered to, do they have to go back and reclassify previous COVID deaths (where other terminal/fatal conditions were present)? Which would, of course, continue to blow apart the justification for the shutdown.
