prove to me that it killed him. again, I'm not saying it didn't. maybe it did. but show me the medical proof.

the probable cause statement for arrest said it LIKELY contributed.

how likely?

how much did it contribute?

those a pretty general terms. fine for a civil case not so great for a murder case.
