And good for politicians who can ask for more money, steal a significant part of it and waste the rest. Then bemoan the fact that the problem persists.

So they need more money....

It's like having a tumor. Surgery to remove it will be painful, expensive and require a lot of rehab and care. That is too hard for politicians and the leadership of colored people who don't want the problem to be fixed.

So when your tumor continues to grow, keep doing what you're doing because surgery is painful and recovery is lengthy.
