can they do anything to stop kids 3,4, 5,10, 12, 14 from being shot in drive by shootings. Now days when someone is found shot in a car it is a stolen or carjacked car.

You can pass all the laws you want but how do you impact a group that does not care. MLK must be sick. Cops reacting to violence won't stop it. Makes me sick the cycle of violence impacting just bystanders
