That's the single biggest problem, and it's been caused by your welfare state.

No one wants to mention it, but the traditional family model has totally failed in the black community.

Black boys have no male role models, are devalued, and essentially left alone to grow feral. Not all, but the ones that do rein destruction on the community in their search for that rapper player lifestyle.
