Clearly this article refers to the IG extending their investigation based on finding Steele's information to be "sufficiently credible". My point is that if the IG found it to be "sufficiently credible" - why wouldn't the FBI also have found Steele's information to be "sufficiently credible" (to investigate further - as the IG is doing - per the article.)
