It is my opinion that Trump obstructed justice on several occasions. Barr (and apparently Rosenstein) does not share that sentiment.
There are several lawyers who have said that what is outlined in the Mueller report DOES amount to Obstruction.
At any rate, I dont believe that a Trump appointee should be the one who levies final judgement on the matter. Espeically one who has shown a propensity to act on behalf of the President. Hell, the President has publicly begged for an AG who will act on his behalf, and by the THIRD AG in 2 years, he finally got one. Anyone who cant see that potential conflict of interest is being disingenuous.
