is "I believe to be fact" the same as "fact" and can be used interchangeably by you in all contexts?
"I believe it to be fact that water is comprised of hydrogen and oxygen.
and
"It is a fact that water is comprised of hydrogen and oxygen".
AND
"I believe it to be a fact that God exists"
and
"It is a fact that God exists"
All mean the same to you?
My assertion "I believe it to be fact" means nothing more than "I believe", and "it to be fact" is extraneous and has nothing to do with facts.
