It's common sense that private government is going to have the same problems as a public one and probably more so. That's because you still have people in charge. I'm not sure why you struggle so much with this concept, although based on your history, your lack of common sense seems to be the culprit.

All of your concepts are not only outdated but have never been used in the real world. There's a reason for that and it's not government's use of force.
