1. Nothing that is legal is immoral
2. Abortion is legal
3. Therefore abortion is not immoral.
One traditional way of demonstrating the falsity of syllogisms is reductio ad absurdum, applying it to other situations and if it gives an absurd result then the syllogism is false.
Let's plug in "Slavery" for abortion in the above syllogism we get:
1. Nothing that is legal is immoral.
2. Slavery was legal.
3. Therefore slavery is not immoral.
Of course, killing Jews was not illegal in Nazi Germany and removing the clitoris from women is not illegal in many Muslim nations, so there are many other examples as well, though just one is sufficient to show that your argument is invalid.
