as it is a fairly comprehensive rebuttal.

Key points:

-Everyone (I would hope) will save the 5-year old.
-Just because the 5 year old's life has higher "value" (a disgusting term in this context) it doesn't mean the unborn baby does NOT have value
-The situation presented in the "thought experiment" is not the given situation in nearly all cases of abortion. It's not unborn vs 5 year old. It's unborn vs. ??? (financial hardship/personal issues/etc.)

Interestingly after he posted his experiment Tomlinson started blocking everyone who disagreed with him and would not engage in any sort of reasoned debate.
