Everybody gets to be on top from day 1. No bosses, no owners, no coaches, no employees or players. Everybody gets to be in charge and make all the profits and never have to work up to it. It'll be awesome. The student wanting to play is the same as the University itself.

Except, when he gets that, he's going to bltch about the bills and taxes and responsibilities associated with that equality.
