should go out and do that rather than trying to force the NCAA to accept them.

The NCAA doesn't want them. The NCAA prefers amateur, student-athletes.

The athletes crying about not getting paid by the NCAA should quit and play pro somewhere, then they can sign all the endorsement deals they want. No one is stopping them from doing that. Everyone would be better off if they went pro and freed up those scholarships for real student-athletes.
