You do it as a group.

And teams should “win” within the confines of reasonable rules of athletics and academics. These arent farm teams nor should they be. This overemphasis on “winning” has led to greed, corruption, interference by third parties, costs and embarrassments to institutions, fans, et al. Enough of the charade
