of the parties thereto, moron, & triple net lease is clear on the Lessor being obligated to the Landlord (Leaseholder or Owner) for the Landlord's expenses!!
Ummmmm, Property Insurance would be ummmm A Landlord (either as a Tenancy - Leasehold or any type of Ownership) Expense/Cost!!!!!!!!!!

Regardless of the type of lease, any sane Landlord, no matter the type, is going to recoup his Expenses, either through Rebt payment or itemized obligations to the type of Leasehold Agreement, whic may include the Tenant/Leaseholder/Lessee paying a 3rd party creditor or provided directly or having to incur the expense/cost them self, you incredible IMBECILE!!!!!!!!!!
