Do you actually think the Land Owner doesn't collect the cost of his required Insurance Coverage for the Land & Improvements thereon from said Land Leaseholder??😁😄😆🤣🤣!!
Do you realize the Land Owner has Interests that require Insurance Coverage beyond what the Land Leaseholder needs or has an interest to??😁😄😆🤣🤣!!
Do you realize any standard, boiler plate Commmercial Real Estate Agreement would include a Land Owner approval requirement for any changes to said Insurance Coverage, including "taking out" more coverage or policies??😁😄😆🤣🤣!!
