Have you ever created Contracts for Leasehold Agreements?

Have you ever taken & studied Property Law?

Do you have a Law Degree?

Do you realize that you stupidly don't understand that a Leaseholder & Tenant are the same, though there are different kinds of Leaseholds, that involve different Legal Requirements & Contractual obligations may vary among them?

Do you want me to educate you why in England Leaseholders & Tenancy does, in fact, differ to greater degrees?
