in a property & a Leaseholders Interest are not the same & that is reflected in the adequate/sufficient & in many cases, legally required coverage??
Are you capable of comprehending that Insurance Coverage for Leaseholder & Coverage for an Owner are different?
Do you even know that a Land Leasehold is typically responsible for the Property Insurance expense, including the coverage for the Real Property on which Leasehold is subject to?? Do you know what Insured also benefits from that paid for coverage??

Do you realize that the Fee Owner typically realizes a increase in value due to the improvements of a Leaseholder, certainly at least initially up to any number of years depending on the circumstances??
Do you think the accompanying increase in Property Taxes resulting from its appreciated value is incurred by the Fee Owner of the land without compensation??
