It makes me laugh. Read up on a ground lease aka a leasehold agreement and then read up on the contracts that the building owners signed and then shut the **** up because TLP was correct in referring to them as leaseholders. They are a different kind of leaseholder than their tenants but they are still leasholders nonetheless
