Rent to Silverstein were the tenants. Port authority was the owner. In a net lease between PA and Silverstein the insurance would be paid for by Silverstein. Not the owner which is PA and not the tenants which were all the companies paying rent to Silverstein. Therefore TLP was correct in saying the leaseholder took out insurance. You don't seem to grasp that in almost all large commercial lease transactions that the leaseholder and tenants are two different groups.
