How the budgeting process works. You just look at the Defense budget and here about the overruns, while having no clue how the rest of it works.

Do you even know what FAR and DFAR stand for. Buy American Act, Trade agreement Act.

If you want to have a discussion on what the defense budget should be I am all for it
