The defense budget would get gutted - of course that's the "conservative's" golden egg.

The DOD would not survive in the real world - the largest agency expenditure & it's records are not auditable. I'm not talking troops salaries - there's likely more fat in that agency's budget than the rest of the government combined. Defense spending is greater than it was during the Iraqi invasion....

We have enough nukes to destroy the world - nobody can eff with us from that perspective (defense); yet we continue to ramp up spending.
