You give the leaders their budget and let them figure it out. Your step of via attrition is simply you being kind andit pushes the problem down the road. That is ok and frankly I reqlly don't have a problem with it if that is the route that is chosen

Outer to being a compassionite conservative I don't know why they should not operate in the same world as those of us in the business world.
