That's a significant improvement and an indication that the team is moving in the right direction. Will expect a post-season invite in year 4.

4-5 conference wins is where it gets difficult. Lots of close losses? Finish strong with decent run in the SEC tourney? Will be a judgment call based on how the team looks, regardless of W/L.

3 or less and I think they will have to make a change.
