are almost zero. A logical projection of this teams's talent/experience is last in conference and no significant out of conference upsets. IF he gets them 6 or 7 conference wins that would be impressive, but not enough to keep the job.

But, I'll root for them one game at a time, all the way to the end. Good luck, Kim.
