to coach one type of player and has "run off" everybody who doesn't seem to fit. This would be a much better team with JW III and Gill-Caesar on the court to complement Puryear, Phillips etc.

The best coaches in most sports are the ones who are able to coach a wide variety of personalities and develop them into productive athletes who stay in the program and contribute.
