When he took over the program it had been to the tournament 5 out of the previous 6 years. It had won 23 games or more in 6 straight seasons. It had finished above .500 in 17 out of the previous 20 seasons. Do I need to go on.

WHen Kim leaves the program will most likely becoming off of 3 straight below .500 seasons.
